Flights to resume from August 17
Kathmandu: The government has decided to resume national and international flights from August 17. This was decided after a meeting of the council of minister held at prime minister’s residence Baluwatar.
According to Yogesh Bhattarai, minister of culture, tourism and civil aviation, the ministry is preparing a work procedure for resuming the flights.
All national and international flights were suspended from March to prevent the corona infection. With this decision today, the flights will be back to operation after around four months of deferral.
