Samaj Microfinance to issue shares from today

Kathmandu: Samaj Microfinance is issuing Initial Public Offering (IPO) from today. The microfinance will issue 80,070 units of share with Rs 100 per unit.

The microfinance company has decided to allocate 1000 units of ordinary share for its employees whereas 4300 units of share has been allocated for Community Investment Fund.

The deadline for submission is September 3.
