Qantas expects Int’l flights would suspend until mid-2021: Chief Executive

Qantas Airways faced a loss of four billion Australian dollars (USD 2.9 billion) in revenue duiring the last fiscal due to the coronavirus pandemic. The Australian airline reported a statutory net loss of 1.96 billion Australian dollars.
Alan Joyce, chief executive of Qantas, said that international flights will not reopen until mid-2021. According to him, the airlines route won’t open till middle of 2021 and this also depends on the availability of Covid-19 vaccine.
Qantas Airways is the third oldest airline company in the world. It was founded in November 1920 and began international passenger flights in 1935.
