Online application available for lost license and blue book
Kathmandu: The Metropolitan Traffic Police Division (MTPD) has started online service to facilitate someone who has lost his/her license and blue book.
Now, the riders are not required to go to the office to get these documents if they lose them.
According to the MTPD, the office has started this service to promote digitization. SSP Bhim Dhakal, chief of the MTPD, said that introducing this digital service will ease the situation for people at this time of health crisis.
He said that the office receives around 200 applications daily for the purpose. The ones who need to take this service can fill up a form from the website traffic.nepalpolice.gov.np.
The service seekers need to click on the lost document in the website. They will get a response after 24 hours.
