Two people drowned to death

RSS. Two persons died after being drowned in two separate rivulets. Chief of District Police Banke, DSP Santosh Singh Rathor informed that Kiran Burma, 21, of Janaki Rural Municipality-4, Gijara died after he drowned in the Belahaniya rivulet.

Burma went missing this afternoon while swimming in the rivulet with friends. A police team took out the body of Burma. Likewise, Suresh Sarki, 17, of Kohalpur municipality-1, Kaushila town drowned to death while swimming in a lake.

Sarki died after being drowned while taking dip in the Mahendra Lake in Baijanath Rural Municiplaity-3, LB Chowk, Rathor informed. Besides Sarki, two others who were swimming together went missing in the lake, police said.
