Acclaimed chef Baral bereaves of his father

Kathmandu. Internationally acclaimed chef Binod Baral has been bereaved of his father.

His father, Krishna Prasad Baral, 77, breathed his last at own residence in Bharatpur metropolis-9, Sri Ishwari Mai Temple on June 27. According to the family sources, Baral apparently had no critical health issues.

He was the ex-Indian Army Officer. He was survived by two sons and a daughter. Binod Baral is a Nepal born British chef, restaurateur and global food consultant. He was honoured in the UK House of Lords for his contribution to promote Nepali food culture.
