Weather forecast Heavy rainfall for two days
Kathmandu: Weather analyst has said that due to the low-pressure line, there will be heavy rain all over the country on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Heavy rainfall has been observed in Dhankuta and other nearby areas from last six hours. Weather Forecasting Division has requested the people to remain alert if they are planning to travel from the highway on the Koshi Highway.
Heavy rain has been observed in almost all the parts of Kailali and Kanchanpur. The areas including Mohana, Ghuraha, Khutiya, Syauli, Chaudhar and other villages nearby the river are vulnerable to flood.
Similarly, heavy rainfall has been observed in districts including Morang, Ilam and Jhapa. The water level has gone up in all the small rivers in the areas.
The water level had gone up in Tinau river of Butwal as well. The Division has requested the local of the area to remain alert today.
