Whats app to roll out advanced search mode

Popular messaging application WhatsApp has been testing a new feature ‘Advanced Search Mode’ which allows users to search for photos, videos, GIF’s, audio and documents.

The Advanced Search Mode allows users to categorically search for photos, videos, links, GIFs, audio, and documents right from the search bar. Though WhatsApp has a search function, it currently allows to search words only.

This new feature is already in the iOS and will be available in the android version soon.

 

In March, the messaging app had launched Dark Mode Support, QR Code and animated stickers.
