Infosys’ Saudi Joint Venture partner SPC files a lawsuit against it

Joint Venture Partner if Infosys in Saudi Arabia has filed a lawsuit in a California court. The JV Company said that Infosys has violated US law on corruption.

The company named ‘Saudi Prerogative Company’ (SPC) had filed a lawsuit on December 21 saying that the company had violated the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Axt (RICO).

The Economic Times (ET) writes that SPC alleged that Infosys falsely claimed that it was not making money from certain contracts and it has requested to reduce the commission by at least half or waive it off completely. However, later SPC found out that it discovered later that Infosys had made substantial money on same contracts, according to ET.
