Vaccine made by Russia won’t be used now: WHO

 

The World Health Organisation (WHO) has disapproved the vaccine prepared by Russia against Covid-19.

According to media reports, the vaccine made by Russia will not be used immediately. WHO said that the vaccine will not be used right now  as proper research hasn’t been done on this issue.

Jarbas Barbos, assistant director of the Pan American Health Organization, reportedly said that the vaccine should not be used till the completion of trials. He said that any country should take  permission from the WHO to use the vaccine.

Russia announced a breakthrough in the fight against Covid-19 with the successful testing of the vaccine after less than two months of trials in human. Saying that one of his daughters has been inoculated, ladimir Putin declared that Russia has become the first country to approve a vaccine against coronavirus.
