Central Bank Staffer Tests Positive for Coronavirus

Kathmandu: An employee of Nepal Rastra Bank has tested positive for Covid 19 infection. Swab samples of the employee, who was working in the currency management department in Baluwatar, showed a positive result for coronavirus infection.

According to Gunakar Bhatta, spokesperson of NRB, the department has been sealed and the PCR test of other employees working with him has been done.

“We will be doing PCR test of all other employees of NRB,” he said.
