Nepal’s first open national inline skate mini marathon competition is being held

Kathmandu . Nepal’s first open national inline skate mini marathon competition is being held.

The Nepal Skating and Skate Boarding Association and The Skateland Skate Park are jointly organizing the National Open Inline Skate Mini Marathon Competition on Saturday, October 20. The organizers have stated that hundreds of skaters from both within and outside Nepal will compete in the competition.

The game, which is being held for the first time in Nepal, will run for a distance of about 5 kilometers from Alapot Chowk, Sundarijal, Kageshwari Manahara Municipality, Kathmandu to The Skateland’s park at Talinchowk, Gokarneshwor Municipality, informed Abraham Rai, the director of The Skateland.

The competition will begin at 8 am on Saturday under the chief guestship of Nepal Olympic Committee Chairman Jeevan Ram Shrestha, according to the organizers. Hundreds of skaters from both within and outside Nepal are expected to participate in the competition, according to the organizers.
