Heavy rain in Kathmandu, riverside residents warned

Kathmandu: The government has requested the Kathmandu residents living nearby rivers to be careful. Due to the incessant rain, areas nearby Bagmati, Bishnumati, Rudramati, Manohara, Hanumante, Nakkhu are vulnerable. The areas nearby are waterlogged due to the continuous rainfall since Sunday.

Besides this, parking areas of different business complexes in the capital have also submerged due to the mismanagement of drainage pipes.
