Number of individuals insured against Covid 19 increasing

Kathmandu: The number of coronavirus insurance policy holders has been increasing. The number of people purchasing the insurance policy has increased to 1 million.

The Insurance Board confirmed that the number of policy holders has reached 1 million as of Friday, August 28.

According to the board, the government has done free insurance for security personnel, medical professionals and government employees. In this duration, 599 people have made insurance claims.
