WFH will remain in place Post-Covid 19: Bill Gates

 

Billionaire Bill Gates has said that the “work from home” culture has worked well. He shared that many companies will work with the same system even after the pandemic.

Due to the advent of coronavirus, most of the employees have been working from home. According to Gates, work from home culture will work even after the pandemic. He said this during an online business summit organized by The Economic Times.

Gates said that he has not traveled to work for this whole year. “Honestly, I have got time to do much more. It’s been eye opening for me,” he said.

During the summit, he said that after the pandemic ends, the percentage of time to spend in office will lessen. “Lots of offices will go this way, and may be rest of the companies will go normal way,” he said.
