Most Indian professionals prefer talking to robot instead of manager during stress
Mumbai: A study has found that most Indian professionals prefer talking to a robot over their manages about stress and anxiety.
Nearly, 80 percent of the workforce is open to having a robot as therapist.
A latest study by Oracle at “AI @ Workplace” reports this finding. A study by Oracle and Workplace Intelligence, an HR research and advisory firm, states that Covid-19 pandemic has created a stressful year in history and has negatively affected the mental health of 89 percent of Indian workforce.
According to the survey, 75 percent of the global workforce and 95 percent of Indians feel that AI has helped their mental health at work, reports The Economic Times.
The survey shows that increased stress and anxiety has negatively impacted the mental health of 78 percent of the workforce. This has resulted in stress among 38 percent of the population, lack of work-life balance in 35 percent, burnout in 25 percent and depression from no socialization in 25 percent and loneliness in 14 percent of the participants of the survey.
